YMCA Victoria is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and deliver outdoor camp programs at Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp. You will supervise staff and volunteers, coordinate daily activities, and liaise with visiting groups to meet learning outcomes while upholding safety standards.

You will implement Australian Adventure Activity Standards, manage participant needs, and help staff build engaging, well-run programs in a agile Alpine setting.
