General Labourers | Immediate Starts Available

The Organisation
JK Personnel is partnering with multiple well-established and respected Ballarat-based employers across a range of industries, including carpentry, manufacturing and food production. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and physically capable Labourers for ongoing roles, with immediate starts available.

The Roles
Duties within either a manufacturing or food production environment may include:

- Operating hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment
- Moving, stacking, and managing stock and materials
- General manual labour and cleaning as required
- Assembly, coordination and fitting of products
- Ensure quality requirements are met

Ideal candidates will have:

- Previous manufacturing or process work experience
- Confidence using a range of hand and power tools
- Ability to carry out consistent manual labour
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Robust focus on workplace safety

Please note: Successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol test.
