We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team and become part of the next chapter of our Mooroobool journey.

Led by our Centre Manager, Nadine, Mooroobool is a service known for its strong relationships, positive team culture and genuine sense of connection. We believe that when educators feel supported, valued and happy to come to work, that flows directly through to the experiences we create for our children and families.

About the Role

As an Educator at Cubby Care Mooroobool, you will:

- Create engaging, meaningful and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Observe, document and extend children’s individual learning journeys
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with a supportive and connected team
- Contribute to a calm, inclusive and nurturing environment
- Bring your ideas, strengths and personality to our curriculum and service
- Engage in ongoing professional reflection, learning and development

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,



or currently studying towards an approved qualification
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- An understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, reliable and qualified approach
- Most importantly, someone who values relationships, teamwork and creating positive experiences for children
