Food & Beverage Attendants – Bistro, Functions & Race Days

As part of the Moe Racing Club hospitality team, you'll work across our busy Turfside Bistro, functions, events and race days.

Key responsibilities

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders and serving customers
- Bar service and responsible service of alcohol
- Bistro and function table service
- Setting up and packing down functions, events and race days
- Processing payments and using POS systems
- Maintaining clean and presentable dining, bar and function areas
- Assisting with race day hospitality and special events
- Working closely with the wider hospitality team to provide a great customer experience

About you





- Hold a current Victorian RSA – essential
- Be available to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends, functions and race days
- Have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- Be well presented and have positive communication skills
- Be willing to work across different areas of the venue as required
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
