Are you passionate about agriculture and keen to start a hands‑on career in seed technology? We are currently seeking a Trainee Seed Treatment Operator based in Griffith to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in film coating , seed encrusting , and pelleting operations
- Operate and maintain seed treatment machinery
- Support quality control and product handling
- Learn industry best practices and safety protocols. (WHS)

What We’re Looking For:

- A solid interest in seed processing and treatment technologies.
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes and operate processing machines.
- Well organised, hardworking and a team player
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
- Valid forklift licence (LF) is desirable, or willing to obtain.
- Previous experience not required but would be an added advantage.




- Must have the right to work in Australia.
