About the Role

Something new is coming to Armadale!

We are opening a brand-new, female-owned and led private billing General Practice in November 2026, and we're looking for up to one Part time and one Casual Medical Receptionists to join our foundation team.

We want friendly, organised and switched-on people who love working with patients and want to help us create a fantastic clinic culture from the very beginning.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming patients and managing reception
- Answering calls and managing appointments
- Private billing and Medicare processing
- Using Best Practice and HotDoc
- Recalls,



reminders and general administration
- Supporting our doctors and clinical team
- Helping keep the day running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous medical reception experience is preferred , with Best Practice and HotDoc experience highly regarded.

You’ll be:

- Friendly, confident and professional
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a busy medical environment
- A genuine team player with a positive attitude
