About the Role
As a Client Experience Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk in. You’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through their aesthetic journey, and supporting their confidence and well-being.
Reporting to the Clinic Development Manager, you’ll work closely with a passionate team of clinicians and consultants who are committed to excellence and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism
Build robust relationships through attentive service and follow-up
Manage bookings, consultations, and client communications
Support clinic operations and contribute to a harmonious team culture
Collaborate with the Clinic Development Manager to enhance client experience strategies

This is a part-time role offering approximately 31 hours per week , with some flexibility to suit your lifestyle and clinic needs.
