Firefly HR is seeking an Educational Leader for an OSHC service in Inner West Sydney. You will lead programming, mentor educators and strengthen reflective practice while staying connected to the children and daily program.
You’ll have dedicated admin time, be part of a collaborative team with the Director and families, and influence practice within a parent committee‑run service. The role is full time with approx. 38 hours/week.
