Contract length: Part-Time Contract (12 October 2026 to 4 December 2026, 3 days per week)
Working Flexibility: Fully onsite, Melbourne CBD office (all 3 days per week)
NTT DATA is seeking a Workplace Engineer for a short-term part-time (3days per week) contract engagement supporting a corporate technology setting. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys delivering face-to-face support, managing workplace technologies, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience.
Working three days per week from the Melbourne CBD office, you will provide onsite technical support across Microsoft technologies, endpoint devices, collaboration platforms, meeting room technologies, and workplace services. You'll collaborate with local and global technology teams while acting as a key point of contact for business users.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 to Level 3 support for workplace technologies, hardware, software, and Microsoft environments.
- Deliver high-quality onsite support to employees and business stakeholders.
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and printers.
- Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing solutions, and meeting room technologies.
- Assist with device deployments, onboarding/offboarding activities, documentation, and workplace technology improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Strong previous experience within Workplace Support, End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Infrastructure Support environments.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoint, and workplace technology issues.
- Experience supporting meeting room technologies, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms.
- Strong customer service, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a business-facing onsite support environment.
