Description

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for the following:

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities within the business.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modelling.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CPA, CA) or equivalent.
- Experience within property development
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
