Innovative Talent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own our residential portfolio from planning through to handover. You will manage 10–15 projects annually with a 15-person team, driving schedules, budgets and procurement with a focus on quality and client relationships.

The role requires solid leadership, robust scheduling skills and the ability to navigate complex on-site challenges in a fast-paced environment.
