Macquarie University Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Cardiac, Vascular and Respiratory theatres at Macquarie University Hospital in North Ryde. This permanent full-time appointment reports to the Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services.

You will manage a high-acuity surgical caseload, coordinate theatre resources, support surgeons and anaesthetists, and mentor the nursing team to deliver secure, timely, evidence-based perioperative care while promoting teaching and
