About the Role:

As MRI Supervisor , you will help lead the MRI service across the Geelong region, ensuring high standards of clinical care, imaging quality and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising and supporting a team of MRI Radiographers
- Maintaining and developing MRI protocols and clinical standards
- Supporting staff training, mentoring and professional development
- Working with trainees and assisting with MRI competency development
- Liaising with radiologists, managers and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to service improvement, planning and operational efficiency
- Helping maintain a high standard of patient care and MRI service delivery
- Previous unit management or MRI leadership experience is highly regarded, along with the ability to effectively lead a multidisciplinary team.

About You:

You will be an experienced MRI Radiographer with the confidence and interpersonal skills to supervise and support a team.

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in MRI Radiography
- MRI leadership, supervision or unit management experience highly regarded
- Bachelor of Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Victorian Radiation Use Licence
- Experience working with MRI trainees
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility to work across varying schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical quality
