This role is based in NSW and can be onsite or field-based, leading a high-performing group of assessors responsible for on-road and desktop home assessments, scope validation and end-to-end claims management.
You will coach and mentor assessors, improve operational performance and drive exceptional customer outcomes during challenging times for customers.
