About the Role

This is a varied role working across commercial leasing, property projects, agreements and providing technical property advice. You will manage a range of leasing and property matters while working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing commercial property leasing and licensing matters
- Supporting strategic property projects from start to finish
- Providing technical property advice and support to the wider Property team
- Managing agreements in line with relevant policies and procedures
- Working with internal departments, tenants, legal representatives and external consultants
- Contributing to continuous improvement of property processes and practices
- Supporting the delivery of broader property strategy and objectives
- Working autonomously while collaborating closely with the Property Coordinator and wider team

About You





We are looking for someone with solid property leasing experience who can confidently manage stakeholder relationships and navigate more complex property matters.

You will ideally have:

- Commercial property experience
- Experience across property leasing and/or licensing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills
- A current driver's license
- A relevant degree in property / real estate / business
- Leasing/licensing experience highly regarded
