Bupa is seeking a Quality Manager based at Defence Plaza Sydney to lead the Quality Management System across the Northern NSW health units, overseeing facilities providing dental, medical, physiotherapy, mental health and general practice services.

You will coordinate audits, manage clinical risks and incidents, drive accreditation and quality improvement, and report to regional governance bodies while guiding staff in a team-oriented, defence-healthcare environment.
