Locum Occupational Therapist | Acute Inpatient | Mildura VIC | 12-Week Contract

Mars Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a 12-week locum contract with a leading regional health service in Mildura, Victoria .

The Opportunity

- 12-week locum contract
- Immediate start available
- $65-$70 per hour + Super
- Accommodation provided

- Full-time hours (38-hour week)
- Supportive Allied Health team
- Potential contract extension

The Role

You’ll work within an acute inpatient hospital , managing a diverse caseload across:

- Medical
- Surgical
- Orthopaedics
- Neurology
- Rehabilitation

Your responsibilities will include:

- Functional and cognitive assessments
- Discharge planning
- Equipment prescription
- ADL assessments




- Patient and family education
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys a fast-paced hospital setting and is confident managing a varied inpatient caseload.

About You

To be considered, you'll have:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Acute inpatient hospital experience (essential)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Australian working rights
- Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply
