Bupa's Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC in Sydney is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to drive clinical excellence across GP and urgent care services. You will lead a dedicated nursing team, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals in a quick-paced, multicultural clinic.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will foster a supportive onboarding culture and continuous improvement in clinical workflows.
