We're looking for Masters and PhD researchers to bring their deep domain expertise to cutting-edge AI development — designing complex problems, stress-testing AI reasoning, and pushing the boundaries of what these models can do.

- Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Develop, solve, and review advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance that challenge and sharpen AI reasoning
- Apply your research expertise to design complex, nuanced problem statements that expose the limits of current AI models
- Evaluate AI-generated solutions for technical accuracy, logical soundness, and academic rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to drive improvements in model performance
- Ensure depth, clarity,



and intellectual integrity across all deliverables

Who You Are

- Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
- Proven track record in research — publications, complex project work, or advanced technical problem-solving
- Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with a sharp eye for detail
- Self-directed and comfortable delivering high-quality work independently
- Intellectually curious, methodical, and genuinely excited by hard problems

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation systems
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
- Background spanning multiple technical disciplines or cross-domain research experience
- Familiarity with AI tools, large language models, or machine learning concepts
