About us

The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement recent ways to deliver healthcare.

About the Opportunity

The Data and Statistical Analyst is responsible for the provision of sophisticated health related data analysis and interpretation which will be used to inform a key strategic projects of the ACI. A core function of the position is to ensure that the analysis undertaken is comprehensive, utilises relevant data sources and stakeholder appropriate.

Selection Criteria

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and demonstrated experience using R or statistical packages.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills to undertake complex statistical analysis using multiple data sources. Demonstrated experience analysing health-related datasets and knowledge of their strengths and limitations.
- Ability to collaborate and negotiate with broad stakeholders, including clinicians and senior stakeholders,



to design analyses that will assist in informing decisions regarding new approaches to health service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to interact, negotiate and work effectively with stakeholders and manage projects within a multidisciplinary team environment.
