Inner City Metals is seeking an experienced Yard Foreman to lead our busy scrap metal yard. You’ll manage the yard team, oversee daily production, coordinate vehicle movements, and ensure safety and efficiency.
This is a hands-on management role requiring solid leadership, proactive planning, and the ability to read yard metrics. You’ll work with ownership to push continuous improvements and drive performance. Experience in heavy industry or recycling and skilled rostering are valued.
