Role: UAT Test Manager 12 months initial contract, possible extension, open to candidates in QLD, ACT, NSW, VIC, and SA, Australian Citizens only, Must have active NV1

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple jurisdictions, agencies, and delivery partners. This is a high-impact role focused on cross-agency coordination, stakeholder alignment, test governance, and data migration validation to support implementation readiness.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate UAT activities across multiple jurisdictions/agencies and delivery partners.
- Develop and maintain UAT strategy, plan, schedule, reporting , and testing artefacts.
- Drive alignment on objectives, timelines, acceptance criteria , defect management, and readiness.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, working groups, and governance forums.
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, dependencies, defects, and readiness.
- Coordinate UAT data requirements (test data prep, setting readiness, data availability).
- Oversee data migration validation , reconciliation, data matching, and discrepancy resolution.




- Support sign-off processes and implementation / operational readiness activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in leading/coordinating UAT in large, complex programs.
- Experienced with coordinating outcomes across multiple organisations/jurisdictions/agencies.
- Strong experience with UAT governance artefacts: plans, schedules, reporting, risks.
- Experience supporting data migration validation / reconciliation / data quality within testing.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex dependencies.
