We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to step in and lead the remaining testing phases of a major program, taking full ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to successful completion.

Key Requirements

- Robust ITSM testing experience, ideally within large and complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience testing ITSM solutions, including end-to-end service management processes (i.e. ServiceNOW).
- Demonstrated experience planning,



coordinating and driving UAT activities through to successful resolution.
- Strong defect management capability, including triage, prioritisation, stakeholder engagement and closure tracking.
- Experience working within Federal Government or Highly regulated environments is advantageous.

Additional Key Criteria

- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this role, candidates who hold an active NV1 security clearance is required
- Location: Open to candidates across Melbourne / Sydney or Canberra
