The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our QLD construction team, based out of our Brisbane office.

Let's be clear — this role isn't for the faint hearted.

We're growing quickly, our projects move fast and there will be plenty happening at once. We need someone who can take ownership of their projects, make decisions, solve problems and keep things moving without needing to be chased.

You’ll manage commercial fencing projects from award through to completion, working across both the office and site.

You’ll be responsible for the commercial side of your projects as well as the people delivering them — managing budgets, costs, claims, variations, materials, subcontractors, programs and site crews.

Fencing experience isn’t essential. Strong construction and project management experience is.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing multiple commercial and industrial projects from start to finish

Taking ownership of project budgets, costs and profitability





Preparing and managing progress claims and variations

Planning works and staying ahead of upcoming project requirements

Coordinating materials, suppliers, subcontractors and site crews

Managing project programs, deadlines and deliverables

Attending site meetings and dealing directly with builders and clients

Leading and supporting crews across multiple active sites

Identifying problems early and finding solutions before they become bigger problems

Ensuring projects meet our safety and quality standards

Keeping communication clear between site, construction and administration

Ultimately, owning your projects and their outcomes

What We’re Looking For

We're not looking for someone who needs every step mapped out for them.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a fast-moving construction environment, understand what needs to happen and make it happen.

You’ll ideally have:

Strong Project Management experience within construction or a related industry

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Strong commercial understanding across budgets, costs, claims and variations

Confidence managing site crews, subcontractors and suppliers

The ability to communicate professionally with builders and clients





Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise when everything feels urgent

A proactive approach — if something needs doing, you don't wait to be asked

Accountability for both the wins and the challenges

Current Australian Driver's Licence
