Wabtec is seeking an embedded software engineer to design, develop, integrate, test and maintain software for locomotive control platforms. The role focuses on C and C++ across RTOS and bare metal environments, with emphasis on high reliability and safety-related software architectures.

The successful candidate will collaborate with PMs, System Engineers, Architects and test teams, travel about 10% of the time, and contribute to DoD/rail industry standards while working within an agile
