Feros Care, based at the Coolangatta office with adaptable working arrangements, is seeking an experienced Brand and Acquisition Campaign Manager to lead our Brand & Acquisition Campaign stream, shaping integrated campaigns that build our brand, generate demand and support growth.
You will own campaigns from insight to activation, work with leaders across the organisation, drive employer branding and two direct reports, and ensure campaigns are creative, relevant and connected to customers.
