NAISDA Dance College is seeking a senior leader to guide student wellbeing and engagement across the full student journey. The role focuses on developing outreach, strengthening pathways into NAISDA, and building robust relationships with students, families, communities and external providers.
You will lead accommodation services, wellbeing programs and critical incident responses, while ensuring cultural protocols are upheld and reporting informs continuous improvement.
