Workwear Group is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across the Totally Workwear franchise network. You will own and improve the GRC program, manage the risk register and lead the Operators Manual governance to ensure policies and SOPs are current and legally compliant.

You will translate legislative changes into transparent standards, collaborate with external counsel, and develop operator-facing tools and training resources to drive consistent
