Talent Realised is seeking a lead for the AI-enabled studio within a well-known Australian retailer. You’ll run the modern studio, overseeing video and motion and the AI production pipeline for social, product, catalogue and campaign work across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll own the asset/model library and playbooks, shape the workflow, and guide offshore content teams. This is in office in Sydney, full-time and permanent, with a small, autonomous team and trusted backing.
