About Support Network

Support Network is an Australian care and support platform connecting people, families, support workers, providers and health professionals across NDIS, aged care, disability, nursing, allied health and home care.

We are growing our team and looking for an AI-First Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager who uses AI throughout the recruitment process to help us attract, assess and onboard exceptional people.

About the Role

This is an AI-first recruitment role .

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while using AI, automation and data across sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, communication, reporting and recruitment operations.

You will also help build and continuously improve a scalable, productive and AI-enabled recruitment process as Support Network grows.

What You'll Do

Own the recruitment process from identifying talent through to onboarding.

Help build the team behind Support Network as we scale across Australia.

Source and engage exceptional candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job platforms, communities and AI-powered sourcing.

Use AI to research and identify candidates, screen profiles and build targeted talent pipelines.

Manage candidate communication, interviews, follow-ups, offers and onboarding.

Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS data and recruitment documentation.

Use recruitment data to monitor pipeline performance





Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive recruitment tasks and improve productivity.

Develop and continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, SOPs and systems.

You should actively use AI tools across:

Sourcing and talent mapping

Candidate research and screening

Recruitment reporting

Workflow automation

Process improvement

We value practical AI experience over simply listing AI tools on your CV.

About You

Hands-on experience using AI.

Strong communication and organisation skills.

Data-driven, proactive and highly detail-oriented.

Comfortable experimenting with AI and new technology.
