12-month fixed-term contract | Likely extensions | Iconic Australian organisation An iconic Australian organisation is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a significant Salesforce transformation program. Working across multiple workstreams, you will provide program-level coordination, governance and reporting while ensuring risks, actions, issues, decisions and dependencies are effectively managed. This role will suit someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced workplace, connect the dots across complex initiatives and maintain a clear view of the broader program.

Experience working with Salesforce, Genesys or Verint would be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities

- Support program planning, governance, reporting and delivery activities
- Manage RAIDD registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decisions and dependencies
- Coordinate activities and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Prepare program updates, status reports, dashboards and governance documentation
- Monitor key milestones, actions and delivery commitments
- Work closely with project managers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation across Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet




- Support teams working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
- Identify potential delivery challenges and proactively support their resolution

What you'll bring

- Previous experience as a Program Analyst, PMO Analyst or similar
- Strong experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated experience managing RAIDD and program governance activities
- The ability to understand dependencies and maintain a program-wide view
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and pragmatic approach with a strong focus on outcomes
- The ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, evolving environment
