Gamuda Australia is seeking a Senior IR Advisor to join the People & Culture team on the Parramatta Integrated Station Development project. You will provide expert industrial relations advice and drive the Workplace Relations Management Plan across the project.
You will ensure IR compliance, support enterprise agreement implementation, manage union engagement and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.
