Beacon Building Services (BBS) is expanding, and we're looking for an experiencedRemedial Construction Estimator who can hit the ground running. If you have a strong background in remedial building, defect diagnosis, and accurate cost estimation, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:

- Prepare detailed and accurate reports and estimates for repair and refurb projects
- Analyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspections
- Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plans
- Identify project risks and propose value-engineering solutions
- Liaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery





What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

- At least 5 years' experience in remedial or rectification construction estimating
- Strong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectification
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reports
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skills
- A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Trade qualification preferred
