Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority (VECRA) in Melbourne is expanding its Complex Investigations Branch with a current Triage Unit. The Triage Manager will design and operationalise a risk-based triage model, ensuring early escalation of risks and respectful engagement with complaint providers, parents, and the public.

Leading a small team, the role requires change management, process design, and KPI development to triage notifications under relevant laws.
