- Maintaining accurate case notes, reports and NDIS documentation

- Supporting appropriate reduction and elimination of restrictive practices where applicable

We want our practitioners spending their time delivering meaningful support — while having the clinical, administrative and leadership support needed to do their jobs well.

About You

We’re looking for practitioners who are compassionate, curious and able to look beyond a behaviour to understand why it is occurring and what can be changed to improve the person’s life.

You will ideally have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Social Work,

Occupational Therapy, Education, Disability, Allied Health or another relevant discipline
