About You

You will bring substantial experience in strategic workforceplanning, organisational development, workforce analytics andorganisational effectiveness within a complex organisation.Confident working with workforce data, you can translate insightsinto practical strategies that support capability, leadershipeffectiveness, workforce resilience and organisational performance.Your strong research, problem-solving, communication andstakeholder engagement skills will help you provide trusted advice,influence decision-making and lead organisation-wide workforceinitiatives.

About the position

- Permanent full-time position based in the ToowoombaCBD.
- Annual salary range of $128,155.76 - $144,499.17 gross perannum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65%superannuation.

How to be successful in this position

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management,Organisational Psychology, or other related field.
- Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning,organisational development,



workforce analytics and/ororganisational effectiveness in a complex organisationalenvironment.
- Professional certification with the Australian HumanResources Institute (AHRI), or an equivalent internationallyrecognised HR qualified certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM)would be highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver organisational wideprograms.
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluatingworkforce strategies.
- Alignment with Council's values.
