About the role

In consultation with key stakeholders including our sales, customer service and workshop teams, you will be responsible for effective and efficient supply chain and inventory management to meet customer expectations. This includes:

Supply Coordination: Ensuring distribution of eBikes, parts, accessories and consumables in line with demand forecasts and budgets.

Inventory Management: Coordinating and overseeing completion of regular branch stocktakes.

Inventory Reconciliation: Processing of bikes, parts and accessories in the appropriate business systems and tools.

Logistics: Coordinating international, national and local asset transport.

Reporting: Regular reporting on inventory levels including asset pricing and performance trends, stock level risks and opportunities.

About you

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and collaborative Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator who has:





2+ years of demonstrated experience in inventory, logistics and supply chain management.

Familiarity with inventory management systems including CIN7, Shopify and Salesforce.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Commitment to meeting customer expectations by ensuring on-time delivery, accurate order fulfilment and exceptional service levels.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.

Excellent computer literacy and a quick learner with new technology.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a solutions focused attitude to working within a fast paced environment.
