Retail Manager - Epping and Broadmeadows

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation

Sacca's Fine Foods is a rapidly growing family-owned business known for fresh produce and exceptional community service. With new stores opening and existing locations being refurbished, we're seeking an experienced, hands-on Retail Manager to lead across a cluster of 10 of our bustling stores.

Role Overview:

Are you an experienced, hands-on leader with a track record of success in managing a venue or store? Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and are able to drive results through operational excellence? Reporting directly to the Directors and Operations Manager, you will lead, motivate and inspire your teams across 10 stores to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and profit targets
- Analyse reports to make innovative commercial decisions that drive your stores, and manage controllable costs in line with budgets and guidelines to maximise profitability
- Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices
- Promote and advertise the business's goods and services
- Sell goods and services to customers and advise them on product use
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions, and undertake budgeting for the business
- Control the selection, training and supervision of staff




- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations
