Job Description
Air Zone Mechanical The Service & Commissioning Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver reliable, productive, and top-quality service.

The technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver reliable, timely and high-quality services to clients (both commercial and residential). Benefits Task & responsibilities Carry out all service commercially and residentially required on central plant and VRV systems. Commissioning works: Air Balance, Commission air and DX systems, charge VRV systems, develop commissioning reports.

Pre-testing works will also be a major component of the works, supplying dilapidation reports. Follow up all projects and offer future maintenance to clients. Carry out DLP maintenance and contract maintenance.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company procedures. Provide excellent customer services and represent the business professionally on-site.



Keep accurate service records and job documentation.

Qualification & experience Relevant trade qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration or a closely related field. Current Refrigerant Handling Licence. White Card, Working at Heights, and other relevant tickets (advantageous).

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independnetly and within a team. Good communication and customer service skills.

A current driver's licence.
