Powerhouse Parramatta in Sydney’s Western Harbour region is hiring a Sous Chef to help launch a state-of-the-art kitchen built around live fire and premium produce. You will work directly under the Executive Chef, bridging pass duties across sections and shaping the program from day one.

You will lead, train, and develop the kitchen team, ensure mise en place and standards, and uphold food safety and HACCP.
