City of Gold Coast is offering a full-time, 12-month Graduate Academy designed to unlock potential and provide hands-on experience in planning and resilience. Starting February 2027, the program pairs learning with real-world projects within the Natural Hazards Planning team.

You will work with engineers and officers, develop hazard mapping and policy, contribute to reports, engage with stakeholders, and build a skilled network through mentorship and graduate events.
