Well known wellness brand on the lookout for an energetic and switched on Accountant to join the finance team on an initial 14 month contract maternity leave contract.

Details of the role:

- Own your slice of month-end — journals, accruals, reconciliations, workpapers, reporting packs
- Run balance sheet recs and support P&L; reviews and variance analysis
- Manage fixed assets, capex and depreciation, including additions and disposals
- Handle bank, credit card, cash and daily sales reconciliations
- Get across BAS workpapers and FBT analysis (bonus points if you already are)
- Provide AP backup when needed — coding, approvals, payment runs
- Be the finance person the teams actually want to talk to

To be considered for this role:





- 2-4 years in finance or accounting, degree-backed
- CPA/CA qualified, working towards it, or a solid Assistant Accountant ready to step up
- Confident with Excel — PivotTables, lookups, clean recs
- ERP exposure (Dynamics 365 BC, Adyen, Exerp or similar) is a plus, not a must
- A steady head for deadlines and a habit of catching small issues before they become big ones
