Nextt is looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide casual backfill support across the Bayside area.

This role supports clients with psychosocial disabilities , helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily routines.

About the role

You’ll provide person-centred support including:

- Supporting clients with daily living and community activities
- Medication assistance
- Manual handling
- Providing secure, respectful and consistent support
- Building positive relationships and encouraging independence

Roster Shifts are available across:

- 9:00am–2:00pm
- 5:00pm–10:00pm

What you’ll need

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance




- NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Experience with manual handling and medication assistance
- Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability is highly regarded

Pay rates E3.1 Casual – In-Home & SIL | SCHADS Award

- Monday–Friday: $36.81/hr
- Afternoon: $40.49/hr
- Active Night: $41.23/hr
- Saturday: $51.54/hr
- Sunday: $66.26/hr
- Public Holiday: $80.99/hr
