About the Role

As a Room Leader, you will lead your room with care and confidence. You will create a safe, warm and fun learning space for children and work closely with your team and families every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care, I with at least 2 years’ experience
- Love working with children and supporting their learning
- Kind, patient and caring nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to creating safe and inclusive environments
- Current Working With Children Check
- Child Protection Training
- Emergency First Aid & CPR in ECEC
