Finance & Sales Consultant — Car Buying & Finance

We're looking for a great salesperson first. Someone brilliant with people and solid on the phone. If you've also got finance, lending or broking experience, even better. That's a genuine plus, not a requirement.

If you've hit targets somewhere (hospitality, real estate, retail, telco, gyms, recruitment, insurance, or finance/broking) keep reading. No automotive experience needed. We'll train you properly and pay for your credit accreditation if you're not already accredited.

We're an Australia-wide new-car buying and finance platform based in Norwest. Customers tell us the car they want. We make dealers across the country compete on price, arrange finance across 30+ lenders, sort the trade-in, and deliver to their door. No haggling, no dealership runaround, full drive-away price upfront.

The role

You'll look after customers from first enquiry to keys-in-hand.

- Talk to warm enquiries. People who've already put their hand up, not cold lists.
- Work out what car suits them, then make our dealer network compete for it.
- Structure their finance across our 30+ lender panel. We'll teach you this step by step.
- Handle the trade-in,



paperwork and delivery.
- Keep them updated the whole way, so the review at the end has your name in it.

What we're looking for

- Genuinely good with people, and you like them.
- Warm and confident on the phone.
- You've hit a target before and can tell us the number.
- Fast learner, coachable, doesn't need chasing.
- Can juggle 15 customers at different stages without dropping one.
- Finance, asset finance, broking or lending experience is a genuine advantage, though not essential.
- Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
