Task & responsibilities

- Work closely with our Chef to plan and design menu offerings that align with guest preferences and business goals.
- Organise and coordinate special functions and events, ensuring smooth execution from planning through to delivery.
- Manage the purchasing of goods and supplies, negotiating pricing to stay within allocated budgets.
- Assist Management in preparing operational budgets and maintain accurate financial and stock records to support sound business operations.
- Maintain accurate stock level records and oversee financial transactions to support sound business operations.
- Ensure all dining areas meet health and safety regulations, remain clean, fully functional, and are presented to a high standard.
- Liaise directly with customers to gauge their satisfaction with food and service, addressing feedback promptly and professionally.




- Select, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff to maintain consistent service quality and team performance.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities to attract guests and drive sales.
- Step in as needed to take reservations, greet and welcome guests, and assist with order taking during busy periods.

Qualifications & experience

- Diploma in Management or equivalent
- 1- 2 years of proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or supervisory hospitality role
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
