We're Hiring | Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator

As part of our continued growth, DEAN World Cargo is looking to add a Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to our Customer Service team.

This newly created role is ideal for someone with freight forwarding experience who enjoys building customer relationships, coordinating shipments, preparing quotations and solving operational challenges in a rapid-paced environment.

You'll be involved across:

- Customer Service & Account Management
- Import Shipment Coordination
- Airfreight, FCL & LCL Quotations
- Carrier, Supplier & Overseas Agent Liaison

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, customer-focused and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous freight forwarding experience is essential, while CargoWise and pricing experience would be highly regarded.
