Are you a high-performing furniture sales leader who thrives on targets, customer relationships and building a team that delivers?

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take ownership of a busy Auburn showroom and drive performance across sales, customer experience and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your own sales ability matters. You’ll be working alongside your team, leading by example and creating the energy and accountability needed to achieve strong results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Lead and motivate a small, high-performing showroom team
- Drive individual and store sales targets
- Lead from the front and actively participate in the sales process
- Build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities
- Monitor KPIs, performance and commercial results
- Coach and develop team members to improve sales performance
- Manage showroom operations, presentation and standards
- Oversee rosters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain strong customer follow-up throughout the sales journey




- Take ownership of the showroom and lead by example

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in furniture retail or showroom sales
- Store Management or senior sales leadership experience
- A proven track record of achieving strong sales results
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Confident leading a small team
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Hands-on and comfortable being on the sales floor
- Someone who genuinely enjoys selling and is motivated by results
