Reporting to theArea Manager, your primary focus will be to develop business across theCanberraregion, liaising with both existing and new clients, withprimaryfocus on new business. We are seeking an individual that will continue to build a foundation for growth with a goal tobecome a proactive industry leader in the provisionof managedlabourhire and staffing services.

Skills and experience

- Ability to deliver high level customer Relationship Management that promotes serviceexcellence and customerretention
- Experienceidentifyingand closing new businessopportunities
- Outstanding communication (verbal and written)and interpersonalskills
- Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety ofpeople
- Hold a current Cdriverslicense

Ideallyyou willpossessRecruitment Industry Experience;howeverapplicants will be considered from a Trade,Salesand Customer Service background.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and develop a positive safety culture across thebusiness
- Proactively visit customer sites on a regular basis to ensure service levels are constantly met orexceeded




- Positively promote Programmed services to existing and new clients
- Deliver professional proposals/quotes to current and potentialclients
- Drive safety improvements through the regular delivery of safety talks and site inspections
- Maintaining compliance andan accuratehistory for existing and prospective clients
