Banana Shire Council in Central Queensland is seeking a Project Officer - Safety, Risk and Compliance to design and embed centralised systems for safety, risk, quality and governance across Council. You will coordinate project activities, review processes and support audit readiness with solid documentation controls.

The role focuses on NAT and SMS compliance, QA reviews, training, and continuous improvement of Take 5 and other risk management practices across Council work areas.
